Established in 1976 in South Hampshire, the Firm was originally estate agency orientated and then expanded into property management and associated skills. The estate agencies and property management departments were disposed of in recent years to enable the professional practice of the Firm to concentrate in particular areas of the profession. With offices initially in Chandlers Ford and now in Eastleigh our location has excellent communications along the south coast to Bournemouth, Portsmouth and beyond and also northwards towards Swindon, Reading and the London suburbs.

We are a small locally based practice concentrating generally in the commercial sector but with particular expertise in residential property with a bias towards surveys for purchase and diagnosis of defects and faults in construction and condition.

There is a wealth of experience within the Firm and we have a reputation for prompt response to instructions and personal service with access to our working surveyors.
